Junior Automation Engineer

Seeking a junior-level, hands-on DevOps automation engineer who will bring their experience, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help execute clearly defined tasks and provide level 1 application support. The DevOps automation engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing automated solutions, analyzing data to improve existing processes, and increasing productivity in the workplace.

Technical Scripting Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python code for automation projects.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues by deploying updates and bug fixes.
  • Create Python methods to enhance our alerting and escalation mechanisms.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and/or Perl.
