- Lead residential and commercial AV installations from rough-in through final commissioning
- Program and configure automation and control systems
- Install, build, and lace equipment racks to industry standards
- Configure and troubleshoot advanced networks and connected devices
- Diagnose complex system issues and provide effective solutions
- Provide technical leadership and support to field technicians
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain documentation, labeling, and quality control standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance
- Deliver a professional, white-glove customer experience on every project
Required Experience
Strong experience with one or more of the following platforms:
