About the role
Position: Artist Promotions Associate
Location: hello82 LA 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM
We are seeking a Junior Artist Promotions Associate to support the execution of global K-pop marketing campaigns. This role will work closely under the Label Business Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of campaigns, fan activations, and promotional initiatives. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about K-pop, fan culture, and global entertainment marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Support
  • Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and deliverables under the guidance of the Label Business Manager.
  • Track campaign progress, deadlines, and approvals to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Help coordinate assets, materials, and information between teams and external parties.
  • Create short-form video content including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to support campaign rollouts, fan engagement, and promotions.
  • Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, fan activations, and promotional initiatives across multiple markets.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Production, Operations, Sales, and Fan Experience to support campaign execution.
  • Assist in preparing internal briefs, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
  • Support clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.

Marketing Operations
  • Maintain organized documentation including project trackers, timelines, and campaign folders.
  • Support reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups by gathering data, assets, and learnings.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.

Fan & Industry Research
  • Monitor K-pop trends, fan behavior, and competitive marketing campaigns.
  • Support research and ideation for campaign planning and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Help ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with global fan communities.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles (internship experience included).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in K-pop, music, entertainment, or fan culture.
