The Data Engineer works on internal Company applications, data solutions, and software applications for business development, analysis, and other operations for company personnel, agents, and customers.

This position will be with National Indemnity Company located in Omaha, NE with a hybrid work environment requiring 50% in-office. #LI-KC1 / #LI-Hybrid

What will you do?

  • Builds and Maintains Applications; Data Pipelines and Architecture while ensuring Data Integrity

  • Participates in Agile Ceremonies/on Agile Team

  • Leads and facilitates collaboration among the team

  • Regularly assists and guides junior developers on day-to-day tasks

  • Assists in the creation of practical development plans

  • Acts as subject matter expert to help accurately estimate timelines of projects

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
