Role Description The Junior Project Manager (Day shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role supports senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. Daily responsibilities include assisting with material and equipment expediting, tracking deliveries, updating project schedules, and maintaining documentation and reports. The Junior Project Manager will coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and site staff, help address logistical challenges, and support quality and safety standards on-site. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and external partners to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.


Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity with expeditor and expediting responsibilities, including tracking materials and coordinating timely deliveries.
  • Foundational project management skills, such as scheduling, task coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Basic inspection-related skills, with the ability to support site checks and ensure work aligns with project requirements and standards.
