Job Summary:
The Junior Analyst is a member of the research team responsible for sourcing, standardizing, and publishing information on different data center real estate markets to the datacenterHawk platform. The Junior Analyst will work is responsible for gathering information and organizing it into meaningful reports and articles utilized by executives at the largest data center companies in the world.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct exploratory and investigative research to identify and resolve data gaps
  • Analyze market activity and accurately analyze market dynamics
  • Maintain datacenterHawk platform with accurate information used to make strategic decisions
  • Create market reports, data sets, and reference documentation

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience data center brokerage, consultancy, hyperscale user, or colocation provider with a focus on real estate transactions or equivalent combination of education and relevant coursework.
