Job description

Scrum Master  – Seeking a Resource with 3-5 years of experience Managing & Coordinating IT Projects in a fast paced setting, With Insurance Industry Experience  Candidates will be responsible for working with the IT Managers and maintaining Waterfall schedules by following SDLC work processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,  Planning, Daily Maintenance, Issues & Risk Management, Team Review Meetings and Monthly Report Generation.  Experience utilizing Clarity/Rally PPM project management software is a plus.

 

Job Tasks and Deliverables:

·         Plan deliverables and helping teams monitor performance

·         Resolve issues that hinder the teams’ work

·         Manage each project’s scope and timeline

·         Coordinate meetings, issues and risks

·         Knowledge of SAFe Agile is beneficial, but not required.      

·         Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

·         Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
