[Responsibilities]
- Lead CNC mill and lathe cell operations with precision and efficiency
- Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment using G-code, M-code, and CAM software such as Mastercam
- Interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T requirements; work directly with 3D tool models
- Apply inspection tools for in-process quality control and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with diverse teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts
- Champion ESH compliance, driving safety initiatives and proactive hazard identification
- Machine a wide range of materials including steels, alloys, aluminums, titanium, super alloys, plastics, composites, and additive manufacturing parts
