Job description

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting June 1-August 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Charlottesville, VA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and workplace injuries and illnesses. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm (only Saturdays needed are June 6 & 20). Provider must be Board Certified and have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification and a Virginia dispensing license is also required, and Nurse Practitioner must have an Autonomous Practice license. Occupational Medicine experience is preferred.
