Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant

Jun Wang & Associates, P.C. is a New York based law firm delivering a full range of legal services. Since the firm’s inception, Jun Wang & Associates has distinguished itself by creating a practice focused on complex, sophisticated transactional work. Our firm provides practical legal solutions for our clients, whether it be an acquisition of property, formation of businesses, the purchase or sale of a business, or other associated legal needs such as business immigration. Our clients include prominent national and multinational corporations, charitable organizations, industry executives, as well as high-net-worth individuals.


We are seeking a full-time Receptionist who can speak English and Chinese. The primary duty is to provide our departments with administrative support. Must be highly detail-oriented. Strong computer and communication skills are also required.


The start-end time of the working day is somewhat flexible within a reasonable business hour range. This position has the potential to learn and grow to become a Paralegal within our firm.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
