Job description

We are seeking talented Business Development Managers to join our team of like-minded go-getters to assist in broadening our global footprint by nurturing new, untapped commercial opportunities and partnerships. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a passion for the sales procedure and a drive to forge new connections with prospective customers who are transporting goods using all available forms of transportation. It will be expected of this person to jump right in, take the initiative, and lead.This is a remote position.

On a given day, you will:

  • Maintain and build quality business relationships with clients, learning their needs and continually surpassing their expectations
  • Pitch to new and existing clients through a cold-calling process
  • Achieve sales call goals and manage a sales pipeline
  • Have a hunter mindset and a collaborative energy
  • Collaborate with Logistic Coordinators in the movement of the freight lifecycle

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 3-4 years prior industry-related business development experience
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Ability to flourish with minimal supervision, be proactive, and handle unanticipated circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal skills
