2 Clinics in Arizona are seeking a locum, temp to perm and perm advanced practice primary care providers - Phoenix and Pinon, AZ.
Start Date: ASAP with credentialing - Likely July/August start or whenever you can start!
End Date: Ongoing 3 month initial contract
Hourly rate with transportation and housing provided
M-F 8-5
