Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Socio‑Cultural Analyst (CI/HUMINT Language Analysis) – Chinese to support USCYBERCOM J2.

Responsibilities
  • Perform as a language specialist at the native level to provide accurate reading, writing, speaking skills, and cultural understanding regarding geopolitical, economic and social issues.
  • Conduct research, HUMINT intelligence collection and analysis. Provide accurate translations of transcripts, video and audio sources from the target language to English and vice versa while preserving the original meaning and intent.
  • Devise and advise new methods of target language research and exploitation of information, and determine the most effective methods for presenting and disseminating the information.
  • Produce Operating Instructions (Oils) for government‑assigned programs and initiatives. Demonstrate expert knowledge of network defense principles and the intricacies of establishing network infrastructure for worldwide connectivity, including hardware and software.
Qualifications
  • "Native Level" is defined as first/second‑generation speaking ability to understand current vernacular, colloquialisms, and terminology (proficiency level of 4 required in speaking, reading, and writing for J2X).
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category with at least a portion within the last 2 years, and a master’s degree.
  • OR a minimum of 17 years of experience in the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrates in‑depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Active TS/SCI with a current Poly (within 5 years).
