We are looking for talented, creative, enthusiastic and motivated people who genuinely care about what they do. Our Sewing Specialist position is full time 5 days a week, 8 hour schedule starting at 6:30 am, Monday – Friday and should have a flexible schedule to be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Starting hourly rate is $18 an hour. We are looking for another team member with a good sense of humor, incredible work ethic and motivation to go above and beyond to join our family of sewers. If you have any other skills, passions or abilities they will absolutely be utilized and we encourage you to share them with us.
What you will be responsible for:
  • This person will be responsible for assisting in the efficient sewing and finishing a of variety of products.
  • Safely operate an industrial Juki sewing machine.
  • Always paying attention to detail and checking work before handing it off to next operation.
  • Ability to keep on-pace with other team members.
  • Accurately measure and sew products of varying sizes to customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot product issues with other members in the department.
  • Follow standard work.
  • Flexibility when it comes to cross training for other job functions.
  • Working with and in other departments when necessary.
  • Speaking up and engaging in continuous improvement.
What you need:
  • Pull, push, or lift 30 pounds consistently.
  • Constantly moving around the production floor up to 10 hours a day.
  • Twisting and bending to assemble products.
  • Commitment to excellence when it comes to quality and detailed job specifications.

  • Willingness to learn, take direction and respect others.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced team environment, have the ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements.
