The Assistant Administratorjob functions include learning how to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of an Assisted Living facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility. You will also get experience in working in all community departments.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Administrator:

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Maintain attention to detail in care and services
  • Maintain positive communication with residents, family members and staff
