Description

Responsible for providing exceptional support to Fleet Services customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Serves as the primary point of contact between the Fleet Services department and its customers, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.


This person will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers. No cold calling is required. This is an in-person job.

  • Wage: $21.00 - $22.00/hourly & $200 Bonus for After Hours
  • Work Status: FT
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday & After Hours Phones, 1 week/per month(10 - 12 calls/week)
  • Locations: Hillsboro

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
  • Two years of office experience/or similar experience required.
  • Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred
  • Able to communicate Business to Business transactions required.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Additional Notes

This position functions primarily in a business office setting and the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. The ability to travel between buildings is necessary.
