JSC Concrete Construction Inc. is hiring a skilled and hands-on Construction Superintendent / Job Foreman to lead daily on-site operations across residential and commercial concrete and masonry projects. This critical leadership role ensures all phases of the build are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety protocols, and solve jobsite challenges — all while serving as the key link between planning and execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily onsite construction operations and serve as the primary point of contact on the jobsite.

  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate field execution.

  • Maintain strict safety compliance with OSHA standards and enforce company safety policies.

  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and quality control checks.

  • Schedule and oversee required inspections and manage permitting coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records including daily logs, material deliveries, T&M tickets, and progress reports.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and rework.

  • Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and a professional presentation at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, vendors, and field teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in residential and/or commercial construction is required.

  • Proven ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, and construction logistics.

  • Deep understanding of building codes, site safety, and construction best practices.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and construction documents.

  • Comfortable using tablets, apps, or other tech for project tracking and communication.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to jobsite excellence.
