Position Summary
JRP is seeking a Sales Representative to generate new business and maintain customer relationships across assigned territories. This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, customer presentations, and account growth.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. JRP provides training on products, systems, sales processes, and ongoing mentorship to support success in the role.

Compensation Range
$45,000-$60,000 based on qualifications plus commission (unlimited earning potential)
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Develop and manage a defined sales territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Utilize business intelligence and customer data to support sales strategy and targeting
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive account growth and retention
  • Manage existing accounts through ongoing communication, service, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Transport and utilize product samples during customer visits when applicable
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Represent JRP professionally in all customer interactions and market activities
Qualifications
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel within assigned territory required
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of outside B2B sales experience required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, CRM, spreadsheets)
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
