The Jr IT Engineer- Security position exists to support Hallmark’s technology security infrastructure and systems. This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Jr Engineers also help implement new technologies and provide technical support to employees, helping enhance efficiency and productivity. By handling routine tasks and first-level support, they allow more senior Information Security staff to focus on strategic projects and complex issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required to be considered for this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ professional work experience
  • Experience in relevant security engineering software for the purposes of design, analysis, and simulation
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience collaborating with teams and conveying technical information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
