Job Summary CGS Administrators, LLC (CGS) is part of BCBSSCTM's Celerian Group of companies and provides a variety of services for Medicare beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and medical equipment suppliers in 38 states. This onsite full‐time position is located at 26 Century Blvd., Ste. ST610 Nashville, TN 37214-3685. The role is for an IT professional with experience in Medicare who has strong project‐management skills and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and monitor project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post‐implementation. Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards. Identify items that impact scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitor resource requirements based on project specifications and ensure they are assigned appropriately. Maintain project hours within the budgeted limits. Develop, execute, and maintain project communications, facilitating effective communication among all parties involved. Identify the impact of issues arising from the work effort and/or resource requirements. Manage project issues throughout the life cycle and communicate implications of changes to scope to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure all project work has appropriate documentation for audit purposes using the ISSM project methodology standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience, including at least 2 years leading two or more concurrent project teams. Completion of the BCBSSC Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of work experience. Total required work experience ranges from 7 to 9 years. Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication; assertive yet customer‐focused style. Advanced leadership, problem‐solving, conflict resolution, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of project‐management principles, information systems, business processes, and key performance drivers. Advanced competency in resource management across multiple projects. Ability to negotiate scope and terms, prepare formal presentations, manage all project phases, think strategically, and analyze triple constraints. Software and Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project‐management tools. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with CMMI‐DEV and EVM. Experience in IT project management for healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid). Active professional certification(s) such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or SAFe. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management.
