They are seeking a Developer/Analyst to support a GXP-Compliant Java application migration from Java 1.4 to Java 1.7, involving various tiers of web application development and documentation management.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development/support of a Java application being migrated from Java 1.4 and associated frameworks to Java 1.7
• Ability to work on various tiers of a web application: JSPs, services, data access
• Ability to write SQL and or SQL Scripts for various administration functions
• Ability to write application specific documentation: Requirements, Design, SOPs, and Work Instructions
• Manage documents through GXP-Compliant document management tool
• Manage workflow for releases through standard, application change management tool
• Handle trouble tickets
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
