Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and technical challenges
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and integrations as required
• Support application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Collaborate effectively using remote communication and project collaboration tools

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 4+ years of application development experience using one or more of the following technologies:
• .NET, C#, Angular, Drupal, XML, PHP, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL
• 1+ year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party platforms
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and deployment practices
• Experience optimizing application and database performance
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus but not required

• Competitive Compensation – $53 - $63 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
