We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics to transform business processes in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

This is a high-impact role supporting a growing group of packaging machinery manufacturing companies operating across nine U.S. locations. Reporting to the Business Unit Director of Materials Management, this individual will help shape how AI and data intelligence are used to improve decision-making, automate workflows, streamline operations, and drive measurable business performance. This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who combines operational business knowledge with technical curiosity and a proven ability to turn data into action.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Analytics, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials management, supply chain operations, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and actionable reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment.
