Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Orlando. You will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle-from design and collection to analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Design, build, and maintain data models and database systems. Implement efficient data mining and segmentation techniques to support business needs.
Analysis & Reporting: Utilize reporting packages (e.g., SSRS, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to analyze datasets and identify trends.
Programming & Querying: Develop complex SQL queries and utilize ETL frameworks to extract, transform, and load data. Leverage programming skills (XML, JavaScript) to optimize data pipelines.
Insight Delivery: Clearly present findings to stakeholders through accurate report writing and visual dashboards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis outputs.
Qualifications
Proven technical expertise in database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools like Tableau or SSRS.
Experience with statistical packages (Excel, PowerBI) and data analysis.
