Job Overview:

The Sr. Analyst, Growth and Advisor Enablement supports the execution of initiatives designed to increase adoption and effective use of LPL's annuity and insurance product lines. This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, developing advisor-facing materials, and supporting campaigns and programs that enhance awareness and usability of solutions within advisor practices.

Working closely with cross-functional partners and senior team members, the Sr. Analyst helps translate product features into clear, actionable guidance and contributes to improving advisor experience through continuous feedback and analysis. This role plays a key part in measuring program effectiveness and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and adoption of annuity and insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain advisor-facing materials, including presentations, guides, and training content.
  • Assist in the execution of advisor engagement efforts such as campaigns, events, and training programs.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and synthesize advisor feedback to support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support go-to-market and enablement activities.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, insurance, or a related field
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willing to obtain

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise communications
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferences:

  • CFP, CFA, or MBA

Pay Range:

$80,752.00 - $134,518.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
