JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Content Marketing Writer to create high-quality, compelling content that builds brand awareness, supports lead generation efforts, and supports the sales closing process. This role focuses on producing both long-form and short-form digital content-including publications, advertisements, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, SEO aligned website copy, email campaigns, and social media content-aligned with brand voice, content strategy, and marketing goals.
This position is ideal for a writer who understands content marketing, the benefits of automation, and performance-driven storytelling for financial services solutions to C-Suite decision makers.
TIME ALLOCATION (APPROXIMATE)
  • Content writing, drafting, and revisions: 50%
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Product management, design, marketing): 20%
  • Editing, proofreading, and quality assurance: 15%
  • Research, topic ideation, and content planning: 10%
  • Content performance analysis and optimization: 5%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop compelling content, including publications, advertisements, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, presentations, and industry-specific thought leadership.
  • Write original, high-quality content for digital marketing channels, including blogs, articles, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media platforms
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with style guidelines using both automated and manual methods
  • Collaborate with product management and design teams to support integrated content marketing campaigns
  • Research industry trends, competitive content, and target audiences to generate engaging, relevant content ideas
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to inform continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining an editorial calendar

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience creating B2B content for software automation solutions for financial services, banking, or fintech organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing (experience level can be adjusted)
  • Portfolio of published content demonstrating writing range and quality
