  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Research, Photography, and Sales to enhance the desirability and presentation of each item.
  • Bring items to life through storytelling, highlighting what makes a piece rare, important, and appealing to collectors.
  • Ensure accuracy and factual integrity, confirming details and avoiding errors-especially under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that balances editorial quality and sales impact.
  • Incorporate key details (provenance, condition notes, identifiers, set/series context, athlete/game significance) in a clear, readable structure.
Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback.
  • Knowledge of sports cards/TCG terminology (sets, parallels, grading, provenance, population reports).
  • Interest in and curiosity about the collectibles hobby (sports, trading cards, memorabilia, etc.)
Additional Skills
  • Experience writing product descriptions for luxury goods, collectibles, or auctions/ecommerce.
  • A vast understanding of sports cards, TCG cards, and population reports is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with PSA/BGS/SGC grading and common authentication services.
  • Background in journalism, editorial, or copywriting with a portfolio of published work.

How to Apply
