Description 

  • This role will be used to backfill a FT employee whom will be going on maternity leave.
  • Manager is looking to have someone start ASAP. Ideally someone whom has experience in a similar role with excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
  • This is only a temp role with no possibility to convert to a FTE.
  • Looking for someone who is more than just managing calendars and setting up townhalls.   Someone who shows a passion for improving on things already in existence and has shown an ability to do so. 
  • Overview Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide onsite support for managers and directors during a 5-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting departmental operations.  May provide back up support to higher-level management as needed.
