Job Description

Primary Skills: IGrafix,Documentation

Job Duration: 12+ Months 

Contract Type : Only W2

Qualifications:

Flowcharts and organization charts development (iGrafx Preferred, Visio is acceptable)

Documentation Development: Translates technical concepts and information into documentation that is easy to understand and used for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Subject Matter Collection: Interviews and collaborates with subject matter experts, develops document content, applies GDI principals, facilitates document reviews and revisions, and manages ongoing documentation issues and lifecycle

Documentation Development: Assimilates information and takes clear, comprehensive notes covering technical subjects and company-specific language /acronyms.

Technical Writing: Writes and formats large-scale training manuals in the appropriate publishing software, creating indexes, table of contents and links between sections.

Document Review: Reviews documents drafted by engineers and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Document Lifecycle: Manages document publication, issues, and lifecycle.
