Job description

The Shift Supervisor’s primary role is to apply the Fundamentals of Execution and the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy to drive Chick-fil-A Apopka towards our vision, To be The World’s Most Caring Company while overseeing and running a shift.
Expectations
Win the hearts of Guests every day by holding yourself and the Team Members accountable to the Winning Hearts Everyday strategy which consists of:

  • eRQA completion, once per shift

  • Develop trust with Guests through meeting quality requirements

Clean & Safe Environment:
