Senior Director, Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Payments

The Senior Director, Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Payments will lead North America IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and payment strategy for Jollibee Foods Corporation. Reporting to the Head of Technology-NA, this role is responsible for SAP/ERP systems, cloud and network infrastructure, end-user computing, and payment programs including credit cards, gift cards, and alternative payment solutions. This leader will drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and revenue growth through technology and payments strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, network, and end-user computing operations.
  • Oversee ERP platforms (SAP and related systems), system integrations, and IT operational improvements.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps.
  • Drive project governance, prioritization, risk management, and operational scalability.
  • Manage payment programs including credit cards, gift cards, loyalty, and alternative payment solutions.
  • Develop payment and MarTech strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships while ensuring compliance, fraud prevention, and payment best practices.
  • Support enterprise growth initiatives including ERP implementation, platform integration, and future acquisitions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure, or payment programs.
