At Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, we're on a mission to transform young lives through compassionate care, innovative treatments, and passionate therapists. We're looking for PRN Speech-Language Pathologists to work with our team on Fridays. Join our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team today!


Friday-Only Position

This unique opportunity is for a Friday-only position at any of our clinic locations: Garland, Mesquite, Arlington, DeSoto, and Irving Clinics.

  • The hours are from 8:30AM-6:30PM on Friday


What You'll Do as a Speech Language Pathologist 

As part of our caring SLP team, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
  • Develop individualized Plans of Care with tailored goals.
  • Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources.
  • Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain documentation, adhering to requirements.


Who You Are as a Speech Language Pathologist

You’re a compassionate and skilled SLP with:

  • A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification (or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
  • Experience (or passion to gain experience!) with various conditions: articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
