Job Title: Accessory Installer

Job Classification: Non-exempt

Reports to: Service Manager 

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour, plus bonus incentives


Job Purpose

We are seeking an individual with service and sales experience to join our Service Team as an Accessories Upfitter! Must be an outstanding communicator with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor. The successful candidate should feel comfortable and confident in approaching customers, and upselling parts and accessories to help make their B Vans more customized, functional, and cool!

Essential Functions

  • Attitude is everything - greet our customers promptly and courteously
  • Listen to each customer and provide them with ideas - show them the possibilities! 
  • Use leads to reach out to previous customer base to inform of our accessory's packages
  • Provide accurate estimates of Accessories costs and timing if parts need to be ordered
  • Follow up on installation status to keep customers informed
  • Notify customers when their unit is complete and ready to be picked up
  • Field minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

  • Basic RV knowledge a plus
  • Previous experience in a service position in RV or automotive is a plus
  • Successful candidates will have excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for details.
