Power Buick GMC of Salem is looking for a team player who has advising or writing experience, customer service or dealership experience.

Job Purpose:

The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative duties

Key Duties:

  • Great customers when they arrive
  • Answer questions about service outcome
  • Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
  • Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
  • Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
  • Build strong relationships with customers
