Full-Time Job + Hands-On Experience + Apprenticeship Certification
If you love working with engines, technology, and machinery - and want a real career, not just a job - this opportunity delivers it all.
C & B Operations: We have 38 John Deere dealership location across 6 states and want to transform regular people into certified John Deere experts!
How it works:
Work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians.
Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for 1 week each month for in-class instruction and hands-on learning. (Travel, Food, Lodging, and Class is all paid for)
Return to the shop and apply what you learned.
Repeat for 2-3 years (2 years with prior mechanic experience, 3 years with none).
NEED TOOLS? -- We have a $3,000 and $7,500 package for you to choose from. Work for us for 3 years and the tools are yours.
Earn money while earning your John Deere Apprenticeship Certification WHILE getting work experience.
You'll learn to:
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment
  • Work with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag technology
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software
  • Complete digital service documentation
  • Learn professional shop procedures and safety practices
  • Work alongside experienced technicians who mentor and train
