Classified Vacancy for the 2026-2027 School Year:

Job Title:                                          Daytime Managing Custodian 

Location:                                           Lancaster High School

Shift:                                          5:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Qualifications for above position:    

  1. Must be a high school graduate or possess an equivalency.
  2. Demonstrate leadership capabilities
  3. Ability to supervise custodians under his/her management, provide training and direction for those employees, and assist in evaluation and/or evaluate as may be necessary.
  4. Prior experience as a custodian (preferably within the Lancaster City Schools) with a minimum of three (3) years' experience preferred.
  5. Pass the Managing Custodian written and/or hands-on test
