Job description

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a growing in-home ABA agency specializing in working with children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since 2015, our mission has been to connect families with skilled ABA professionals who provide compassionate, evidence-based support right in the home environment.

We are currently hiring ABA Behavior Technicians to join our team in Gloucester County, NJ.

About the Role

Behavior Technicians work directly with one student at a time, providing engaging, structured, and play-based ABA therapy in the home. Each technician is paired with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides training, guidance, and oversight.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individualized behavior plans

  • Facilitating skill-building in communication, social skills, academics, and daily living

  • Collecting data and documenting progress

  • Collaborating regularly with a BCBA supervisor

  • Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, OT, or Speech is helpful

  • CPR/First Aid, RBT, or Mandated Reporter Training is a plus
