Managed by Zidan Management, we are committed to delivering a refined living experience that exceeds expectations and fosters a vibrant, high-end residential environment.
Role Summary:
As the Community Manager of The Whit, you will serve as the leader and brand ambassador of a luxury residential community. This role is responsible for delivering a white-glove resident experience, maintaining the highest standards of property presentation, and driving operational excellence.
You will oversee all aspects of community performance—from resident satisfaction and team leadership to financial results—while ensuring the community consistently reflects the quality and prestige of a luxury asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Resident Experience & Relations:
  • Deliver an exceptional, service-first experience aligned with luxury living standards.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Address resident concerns with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.
Asset Quality & Maintenance Oversight:
  • Conduct routine, detail-oriented inspections to ensure the community maintains luxury-level appearance and condition.
  • Partner with maintenance to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety standards and brand expectations.
Leasing & Marketing Excellence:
  • Present and showcase the community with a polished, consultative approach to prospective residents.
  • Manage leasing activity, inquiries, and application processes with a focus on conversion and experience.
  • Support marketing initiatives that position the property as a top-tier luxury destination.
Financial Performance & Accountability:
  • Assist in developing and managing annual budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Monitor expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure financial integrity.
  • Oversee rent collection, reporting, and performance tracking.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site team.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Conduct onboarding and safety training for team members.
Compliance & Professional Standards:
  • Operate in full compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and legal regulations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates, particularly within the luxury housing market.

Qualifications:
  • Required: Experience with Yardi software.
  • Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience.
  • Proven success managing high-end or luxury residential communities preferred.
  • Strong track record of operational and financial performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager (or comparable property management software).
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually.
  • Quarterly bonus: Up to $1,000 based on achievable KPIs.
  • Monthly renewal bonus: $125 (shared across property team).
