    Required Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years Leadership Experience strongly preferred
    • Basic computer competency must include Excel and Google Sheets, database experience a plus. 
    • Preferred candidates will have experience in customer service management, hospitality leadership, teaching or training, and cash management systems

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages new-hire training systems
    • Manages recurring training systems for veteran team members
    • Oversee the Training Team to ensure all training requirements and expectations are being met
    • Manages breaks and shift operations and task completion to set the next shift up for success
    • Ensures all restaurant policies and procedures are being followed by team members and leadership while providing a positive, encouraging environment
    • Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
    • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40lbs
    • All other duties as assigned
