Job description

First American Title Lending currently seeks an experienced Marketing & Leads Specialist. Ideal candidates will develop and enhance relationships for new and recurring business in line with our Corporate Purpose and Guiding Principles in an innovative, inside sales environment. This is an onsite position, in person position in Dalton, GA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on identified customer leads
  • Manage leads in system
  • Collaborate with peers to increase and convert leads into closed transactions
  • Explain risks and benefits of various products and help select the most appropriate product based on customer's needs
  • Review and follow up on leads daily contacting prospective customers via telephone and/or email in an attempt to obtain application
  • Quality assurance check of all documents and processes
  • Meet or exceed minimum goal requirements based on Company objectives

* JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years in leads management, project management, loan originator, loan advisor or closely related field with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Prior mortgage origination, commercial lending, consumer lending, insurance sales, and/or collections experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products including Outlook email and point of sale systems
  • Ability to interact effectively primarily over the telephone and through email
  • Attention to detail and exceptional prioritizing and organizations skills
  • Strong interpersonal, active listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work various daytime schedules
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
