Position Overview:As a Runner, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience. Your appearance, behavior, and interactions leave a lasting impression on our guests. Always remember, your visibility to guests is constant, and the impression you create sets the tone for their entire dining experience.
Work Schedule:This role requires availability on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:- Work with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly to the correct tables.
- Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders before serving guests.
- Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen team.
- Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, answering guest questions about the menu or restaurant.
- Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, and frequently handle up to 10 pounds.
