Description
We're hiring two Listing Coordinators on our team at the Renee White Team at Keller Williams Realty.
We are a high-volume real estate team in Walnut Creek, and this role is a key part of how our listings come to market. From coordinating vendors and timelines to preparing homes and supporting marketing, this work directly impacts the quality and success of every listing.
This role is hands-on with a high level of ownership and accountability.
What to Expect
This isn't a remote or hybrid role.
It requires being present full-time in the office and at properties throughout the week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Managing timelines and next steps for each listing
• Communicating with clients and ensuring approvals are in place
• Coordinating vendors, scheduling, and follow-through
• Keeping projects organized and on track from start to finish
Other responsibilities include:
• Meeting vendors onsite and documenting progress
• Taking photos and videos to capture the property condition and updates
• Preparing homes for staging and photography
• Supporting marketing by selecting photos and drafting listing content
• Organizing notes and next steps after each visit
