  • Stay current on local market conditions, pricing strategies, contract updates, and industry trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through closing and beyond.
Qualifications

About-our-team
The Larkin Group is one of Southern Utah's top-producing real estate teams, helping more than 200 clients each year buy and sell homes. Our mission is simple: deliver an exceptional client experience while helping our team members build meaningful, rewarding careers.
To support that mission, we've partnered with PLACE, the industry's leading business services and technology platform. Through PLACE, our team has access to world-class marketing, innovative technology, professional coaching, proven business systems, and ongoing training that allow our agents to spend more time serving clients and less time on administrative work.

We invest in our people by providing opportunities for coaching, leadership development, profit sharing, health insurance, equity participation, and long-term career growth.
If you're looking for more than just another brokerage-if you're looking for a team that will invest in your growth, challenge you to improve, and support you as you build a business and a life you're proud of-we'd love to meet you.
