Job Description Foreman- Commercial Construction Pay: $26.58 HR | Location: Oak Ridge, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits Signature Labor Services is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman for projects in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and surrounding areas, including Knoxville, Clinton, Farragut, Powell, and Lenoir City. We're looking for a strong field leader with commercial construction experience who can oversee crews, coordinate daily activities, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of commercial construction crews Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Assign tasks and monitor crew productivity Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards Monitor materials, equipment, and jobsite needs Identify and address jobsite issues and delays Conduct or participate in daily safety meetings and enforce site safety procedures Ensure work complies with OSHA and project-specific requirements Provide updates to project management regarding progress, manpower, and jobsite concerns Requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience required OSHA 10, scissor lift, ariel lift and CPR/First aid required Previous Foreman with Lead Carpenter experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and jobsite operations Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews and prioritize multiple tasks Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to lead by example All employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses and work gloves
