About us: United Structural Systems provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.

Join our team as a Foreman! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
  • Cascade the Company's vision and provides clear direction.
  • Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
  • Ensures the team is providing a remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth.
  • Maintaining impeccable installation quality promptly.
  • Cascade, track, and maintain weekly revenue-generating goals.
