Join Our Team

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Job File Coordinator/Dispatcher to support our work processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping projects organized, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll help coordinate water/mold/bio restoration projects from the initial customer call through project completion. You'll work closely with production managers, technicians, estimators, customers, and insurance partners to ensure projects stay on track, documentation is complete, and customers receive an outstanding experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate water/mold/bio mitigation projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic job files.
  • Review project documentation, including photos, moisture logs, and work authorizations.
  • Support estimators by preparing complete job documentation.
  • Prepare completed files for billing and assist with insurance documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) tracking.
  • Collaborate with field teams and office staff to ensure projects move efficiently.
  • Cross-train to support other administrative functions as business needs require.
