Job description

ABOUT POLIXIS

Polixis is a Geneva-based RegTech company. Born within Switzerlandโ€™s most demanding wealth-management environments, we deliver Swiss-quality, AI-ready data and software for AML, sanctions, PEP and UBO workflows โ€” powering the compliance platforms and AI agents of Tier 1 financial institutions, professional-services firms and corporates worldwide.

Independent and founder-led, Polixis has been profitable and self-funded throughout its growth. We combine the product and client maturity of an established provider with the pace and directness of a smaller company, and are today among the few firms worldwide able to deliver full-circle, foundational KYC data.

Our deeply interconnected dataset is among the richest in the market and positions us well for the emerging LLM and agentic-AI ecosystems as a foundational data provider.

Our work has been recognised externally โ€” named among Siftedโ€™s 8 bootstrapped companies to watch, and awarded Best PEP Risk Management Solution by RegTech Insights.

We are now hiring our first Chief Revenue Officer to lead the next chapter.

THE ROLE

As Chief Revenue Officer, you own commercial growth end to end. You will take direct ownership of our current sales team of four, refine and scale our go-to-market strategy as a foundational data and infrastructure provider, and build the repeatable playbooks that drive our next phase of growth across Switzerland, the EU, the UAE, Asia and the US.

This is a hands-on, player-coach mandate: you will both build the team โ€” scaling it to around ten in the coming twelve months โ€” and help close the deals that matter.

WHAT WE OFFER

You will join neither a start-up nor a corporation, but an established, independent company that has kept the pace and directness of a far smaller one.

Full ownership of the commercial engine of a profitable, growing data and software (DaaS and SaaS) business.

A competitive package combining a base salary with a performance-linked variable component tied to revenue growth.

Flexibility on location across Switzerland and Europe; non-Swiss hires can be engaged via an employer-of-record arrangement.

A close-knit, employee-owned culture with Swiss-quality standards, a mature product and strong, growing demand to build on.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and grow our current small team of sales representatives, based between London, Geneva and Zurich, and oversee expansion into new geographies across Europe, Asia and the US โ€” building toward a team of around ten sales executives in the coming twelve months.

Own and adapt our go-to-market model for a foundational data provider โ€” direct enterprise sales, API and data-licensing, embedded arrangements, and usage-based commercial models โ€” rather than a oneโ€‘sizeโ€‘fitsโ€‘all subscription motion.

Strengthen the partner and channel ecosystem (cloud marketplaces, coreโ€‘banking, CRM and PMS platforms, and others) as both a demandโ€‘generation engine and a commercial moat.

Codify proven sales economics into repeatable playbooks and replicate them across geographies, professionalising the shift from wordโ€‘ofโ€‘mouth to processโ€‘led selling.

Own pricing, packaging, forecasting, pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene, with clear, defensible reporting to the CEO and Board.

Personally close long, complex enterprise sales cycles into Tier 1 financial institutions, navigating procurement, security and risk due diligence with credibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Direct, handsโ€‘on experience in the RegTech or KYC industry is mandatory for this role. This is nonโ€‘negotiable: applications without demonstrable experience selling in our field will not be reviewed.

A proven senior commercial leader who has scaled B2B revenue specifically in KYC, AML, sanctions, compliance data or RegTech.

Track record of building and leading highโ€‘performing sales teams, while remaining handsโ€‘on enough to close large enterprise deals personally.

Credibility selling into regulated financial institutions, with a working understanding of AML, sanctions, KYC/UBO and compliance buying cycles.

Experience scaling revenue across multiple European and international markets; comfortable with partner/channelโ€‘led growth and complex commercial models.

Strong command of pricing, packaging, forecasting and goโ€‘toโ€‘market strategy; able to turn early proof points into a repeatable engine.

Excellent English; French or other European languages an asset.

Location: Based in Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe โ€” we are flexible on location.

BENEFITS
  • Knowledge sharing culture
  • Health Insurance
  • Staff referral program
  • Childbirth allowance
  • Training packages
  • Performance bonuses
  • Annual salary review
