Job description

Job Title: Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager | Small Accounts
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (Plus, a 401K that's not just a number!)
Location: Your Couch! (But this state Florida)
What You'll Do:
  • Be the superhero for small businesses, handling their insurance needs like a pro.
  • Use your 3+ years of insurance experience to dazzle clients with your knowledge (and maybe a magic trick or two).
  • Play matchmaker with clients and insurance policies (it's like Tinder, but for insurance).
  • Show off your P&C license and your epic computer skills (we're talking Word, Excel, and Outlook wizardry).
  • Get cozy with EPIC or AMS360 (bonus points if you already are).
  • Work independently (pajamas acceptable) and play well with others (during those rare office visits).
  • Be a lifelong learner (school's cool, right?).
What We Offer:
  • A book of business that's all yours (like a personal diary, but with more insurance).
  • The chance to chat with clients and make friends with carriers (not the ship kind).
  • Opportunities to show off your upselling and cross-selling skills (make that cha-ching sound!). Only if you want. No Pressure.
  • A fast-paced environment where you can show your efficiency (think of yourself as a cheetah in a world of sloths).
  • Educational support (because we never stop learning).
  • Career development and growth opportunities (climb that corporate ladder, but with more fun).
  • Flexibility, including a hybrid schedule (because we know you love your couch).
Preferred Skills:
  • 3 years of charming clients in insurance customer service or account management.
  • Property/Casualty License (the more lines, the better).
  • A brain filled with insurance product knowledge (and hopefully some good jokes).
  • Ability to juggle tasks like a circus performer (without the scary clowns).
Ready to join a team that values humor as much as insurance expertise? Apply now and let's make insurance less yawn-inducing together!
