As our Level 1 Property Maintenance Technician, you are the face of our commitment to our residents. You wont just be fixing toilets or patching drywall; youll be the hero who saves a resident's day, keeps our beautiful boutique properties looking sharp, and ensures everything runs like clockwork. What Youll Be Doing (The Impact)

  • Be the Fixer: Handle day-to-day routine maintenance like basic plumbing (fixing leaks, running toilets), light electrical (swapping fixtures, outlets), and general repairs.
  • Prep the Stage: Help turn over vacant units quickly and beautifully, making sure they feel brand new for our next residents.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Conduct regular property walkthroughs to catch and fix minor issues before they become big, expensive problems.
  • Deliver 5-Star Service: Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, communicate clearly, and leave every job cleaner than you found it.
  • Keep it Legal & Safe: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building regulations, and keep clear records of your completed jobs.
Who You Are

  • The Hands-On Professional: You have 12 years of experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or a related trade. You know your way around a toolbox.
  • A Customer Service Natural: You are polite, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents in their homes.
  • A Problem Solver: You dont just put a band-aid on a problem; you figure out why it happened and fix it right the first time.
  • Reliable & Ready: You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid drivers license.
