Position Overview
We're currently hiring a Production Associate to join our team in Racine, WI. This role involves the packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following precise manufacturing procedures and quality standards, including ISO 13485.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products
  • Follow all ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and EHS practices
  • Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Accurately complete documentation such as batch records and work instructions
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory protocols at all times
  • Entry-level role with focus on mastering standard procedures (e.g., syringe filling, kitting)
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Limited cross-functional responsibilities

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly a plus
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, dental, pharma) is highly desirable
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow written procedures accurately
