Role Overview

A Customization Engineer is responsible for tailoring the Clients document application to meet specific business and project requirements. This includes configuring projects and developing custom screen layouts, forms, reports, validations, and other project-specific configurations.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Analyze project and business requirements and translate them into technical customizations.

โ€ข Work with customization development tools such as Project Service Portal, and development environments such as Visual Studio, to develop customizations.

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve customization-related issues.

โ€ข Perform deployments, system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

โ€ข Collaborate with the delivery team, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and implement customizations correctly.
